Zoom Cooking Class -Travel to Morocco with Chef Mawa McQueen
Learn to prepare Moroccan Vegetable Tagine with Tofu or Lamb Chops in Mawa’s Zoom Cooking Class on Friday, May 22nd, 2020 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. There is no charge for this class, but you need to sign up in advance to attend.

Recommended Wine Pairings from Sundance Liquor & Gifts: For the lamb dish, Barb recommends the 2017 Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon. For the vegetable dish, the suggested wine is 2018 Fess Parker Chardonnay.
