Learn to make Friseé Salad, Beef a la Bourguignonne or the Vegetarian Option, Trout Meunière. Our sides will be Haricot Vert and Mashed Potatoes. We will kick off the cooking class with Sean from Woody Creek Distillers making one of his Summer creations to enjoy the meal.

Mawa’s Zoom Cooking Class will be held on Friday, May 29th, 2020 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. There is no charge for this class, but you need to sign up in advance to attend, using the form below.

This class requires some advance preparation, including marinating. Please be sure to download your instructions in advance so you can have everything ready.

The Class PDF booklet contains a list of ingredients you will need to cook along with the class. There is a Recommended Equipment List at the end of the Recipes and Instructions file which you downloaded above.
