Intro to Vegan Cooking – Class Full

All Mawa’s Kitchen Aspen hands on cooking classes introduce great locally sourced ingredients and solid techniques, coupled with curiosity and safe experimentation, pay off in delicious meals.  Our vegan hands on cooking class will do the same, of course with a strictly vegan set of ingredients.  However, we will also address challenges particular to building a vegan pantry and plate.  We will go over how to get away from stir fries how to re-format what we think of as a “meal,” how to fill our bellies without an over-reliance on nuts, “fake” meat, and potatoes.

In this class you will work along with other students learning how to prepare a healthy and balanced 3 course vegan meal.

Please note:  We can accommodate most eating preferences for every workshop dinner, this class is not gluten or nut free.

Time  6:30pm-9:30pm

Price $98.00 per person | including wines paired with dinner

**Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Please have your I.D. with you!
