Chef & Founder Mawa McQueen has lived on three continents: Africa, Europe, and North America. She has drawn her culinary influences from each of the places she has lived. Chef Ope Amosu from ChòpnBlọk in Houston, TX, will be kicking off the Guest Chef series in celebration of Black History Month. Chef Ope Amosu will be creating a 4 course menu of Nigerian inspired cuisine.
